ACTION ALERT:  HELP OPPOSE HB1816 (SB 1107) in Texas - We have just learned that HB 1816 by Representative Charlie Howard, which would require ALL students in Texas entering college to be vaccinated for meningitis in order to be allowed to attend school, is set for a public hearing Wednesday morning in the House Public Health committee at 8:00 am.
