Date reflects the day changes were made.  The last date for the "picks of the week" reflects the latest date covered.

For instance, if it says 8/15/02 for the Recommended List, and the picks of the week end on April 28, 2002 that means that on 8/15/02 the Recommended List has been updated through April 28, 2002.
