Measles Deaths Graph 1912-1983

Here is a chart I just put together using data supplied to me by the CDC years ago.  It does not include the 1989-1991 outbreak in which two of the years there were 32 and 64 deaths reported, respectively.  (I need to add them in.)  But as you can see, the graph would not change much.    Note: According to the NVIC, the measles vaccine was licensed in 1963, MMR in 1971.  Also note that the population increased about 2.5 times during that same time period.

This graph has generated some interest.  For more on this, go to Scandals: Shoot First, Don't Ask Questions Later.
