SB0712- Creates the Missouri State Emergency Health Powers
Act to address state public health emergencies. This bill was
assigned on to the Senate
Public Health & Welfare Committee on 14 January 2002 and was was
voted do pass on 30 January 2002. It was amended on the Senate floor and
passed to the Senate Budget Control Committee on 13 February. It is quite
restrictive as far as individual rights are concerned and is flying right through
the Missouri legislature.
Missouri
SB 879- Removes the religious and medical exemptions from
childhood vaccination requirements and replaces those exemption requirements
with a parental exemption. It was referred to the Senate Public
Health & Welfare Committee on 21 January 2002.
