Probable: A case that is not laboratory

paragraph "b", and lacks evidence of any other etiology.
Confirmed: A clinically
consistent case that is laboratory confirmed.
Infection only: A case that demonstrates
laboratory evidence of infection, but without any clinical symptoms or signs.
