On May 9th the Colorado House of Representatives voted to concur with Senate
amendments to HB 1134. The senate amendments that were approved were the
immunization tracking and medical privacy issues. Above is a link to the
version that was approved.
The only action left to take is to write Governor Owens and ask him to veto
the bill at:
The Honorable Governor Owens
136 State Capitol
Denver, CO 80203-1792
(303) 866-2471

A letter to the editor of your local paper is a good idea too.
When the legislative journal for the 9th is posted, I will let everyone know
how the representatives voted.
