"Virus Found in All Nebraska Counties" Associated Press (www.ap.org) (09/23/02); Alden, Doug
The West Nile Virus in animals or humans has appeared in all 93 counties in Nebraska with 38 confirmed human cases of the illness and two related deaths at the end of last week. Horses confirmed to be infected with the illness totaled 914 with some veterinarians providing vaccines to the animals to prevent the disease and others waiting to treat the symptoms.
