"Luanda's Vaccination Campaign Surpasses Target"

Angolan health officials report that over 1.2 million Luandan children under the age of five years were vaccinated against polio over the weekend, exceeding their goal of immunizing 1.08 million children in the region. In addition, over 1 million children in Luanda--which has a population of about 4 million--were vaccinated against polio in July.
