Hold the health care industry responsible for wrongdoing - Public Citizen

Doctors, drug companies, HMOs, hospitals, and nursing homes are now trying to convince the House of Representatives to pass a disastrous, anti-patient bill that would gut current state medical malpractice and defective product laws.

Let your House member hear from you. Congress needs to be reminded: it's unacceptable to allow the health care industry to escape responsibility for the most serious medical malpractice and defective product injuries caused by negligence - and to deny justice and financial relief to victims.
