"UNICEF Extends $3 Million for Conflict-Stricken Areas"

UNICEF's chief representative in Indonesia, Steven Allen, says the organization has provided conflict-stricken areas in Indonesia with $3 million to be used to improve refugee nutrition and rehabilitate refugee settlements.  The South Sulawesi districts of Bantaeng, Takalar, Maros, Selayar, and Polmas will each receive $50,000 in funding from UNICEF to finance immunization programs, education programs, and nutritional standardization for children.
