VACCINE-INJURY AWARD

OCTOBER 22. NorthJersey.com is carrying the story of a young girl who has won a $4.7 million award for a vaccine injury. She had, as a baby, received the DPT shot (diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus).

The money was awarded through the US Court of Federal Claims. This special court is the front-line conduit for handling suits against vaccines. ....

OCTOBER 22. Once in awhile, a current or former government big shot makes a serious mistake and tells the truth.

In my experience, there are several reasons for this.

He may be drunk. He may be on a manic high as a result of his medical drugs (or other drugs). He may have just received good news about his divorce settlement. He may be car....

Federal Judge Henry Kennedy has just decided that the FDA cannot insist that drug companies test new drugs on children. To do so would exceed the FDA’s basic mandate.
