· George Annas, J.D., MPH, professor and chair, Department of Public Health, Bioethics and Human Rights, Boston University, and professor, Boston University School of Medicine and School of Law.  The author or editor of 12 books on medicine and the law, including "The Nazi Doctors and The Nuremberg Code: Human Rights in Human Experimentation," Professor Annas will speak on "Bioterrorism, Public Health and Civil Liberties."
