"Acambis West Nile Vaccine Data Encouraging"

Pre-clinical testing has found that Acambis' ChimeriVax vaccine for West Nile virus is safe and efficacious. The firm believes that it will begin testing the vaccine in humans by early 2003. The company is developing the product with a National Institutes of Health grant.
