"Somalia: Kidnapping Prompts U.N. Shutdown"

The United Nations recently announced that it would cease all activities in Mogadishu, Somalia, after one of its local workers was kidnapped. According to Maxwell Gaylard, the aid coordinator for the United Nations in the African country, an upcoming polio vaccination campaign and other programs will not go ahead until the kidnapped man is released.
