our extraordinary proofs requirement with the "research logic"
Flow Chart of the 1962 - 1978 federal virus development program, the
Special Virus. (“APPENDIX F”, EXHIBIT 3).
The U.S. Special Virus program spent $550 million dollars (“APPENDIX F”,
EXHIBIT 5) to make a virus and has never accounted for the program to the
American people until now. "
