The Skinny: Under the noses of unsuspecting owners, a secret war is being
waged between cats and dogs. The cats hatch a plan to destroy a new vaccine,
that if developed, would stop all human allergies to dogs. It's up to a
young pup (Maguire) to guard the vaccine from the likes of a power-mad
Persian cat, Mr. Tinkles (voice of Sean Hayes).
Points of Interest: The animatronic creatures were created by Jim Henson's
Creature Shop. Fans of the movie "Memento," peel your ears for Pantoliano's
voice as Peek, a Mexican hairless with a flair for electronics.
