Information on Hepatitis B Immunization:

The vast majority of patients who receive Hepatitis B immunization have no negative side effects. However, a large number of these patients do not seroconvert after three inoculations with the hepatitis immunization. In simple terms, these individuals are not protected from wild hepatitis B but think they are. To my knowledge no study has been published giving the percentage of seroconversion failure.

Despite the relative safety of synthetic Hepatitis B immunization, over the past 7 years we are aware of at least 200 reports of adverse reactions to Hepatitis B immunization.  Many of these patients I have seen myself and recently we are conducting an exhaustive examination of all new patients. Up to this time the adverse reaction cases numbers cannot be verified due to the fact that when the initial group was contacted I was not in a position to adequately examine these patients and so attempted to give the approximately 61 initial cases from the Province of Quebec to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Health Canada for investigation. Due to their manner I did not trust the individual in charge of the adverse immunization reactions for Canada. He was a non-professional and although his title was Dr., he was not a medical doctor and was reputedly a vet but not qualified in North America.

In addition to these 61 cases I handed an additional 5 cases to the Assistant Deputy Minister of Health Joseph Loscis. He then handed these cases to his secretary in my presence and he told me he would have these cases investigated immediately. Despite this, it is my opinion that neither the set of 61 nor 5 initial cases were ever examined by the Government nor tested in any manner to ascertain the cause of their injury.  The side effects of patients given to the government include 2 deaths - neither patient was dead at the time I gave the cases to the government although one was in coma. In addition there was one case of total blindness and deafness, one left eye blindness and numerous loss of short-term memory, severe and persisting fatigue syndromes and chronic arm pain that often were sufficiently severe to prevent continuation of school or work.

Despite the gravity of these cases they were not seriously investigated. Perhaps worse, the CDC informed the parliamentary committee convened to study this allegation of adverse cases that they, the CDC, had studied the cases and the results were that there was no serious side effects noted. The parliamentary committee of course believed the CDC as did a committee of experts convened by the CDC and paid for by one of the pharmaceutical companies. It is my belief that it is possible that the scientific individuals convened were either in debt some way to the pharmaceutical company, such as additional expense money, example a free trip to Toronto with their wives, or through research grants for other products of the company. In any case the CDC as a basis of fact gave them what I believe to be the contrived or fraudulent investigation. It was accepted as a fact. If you were an expert would you not believe a government agency such as the CDC who stated they had seriously investigated a complaint and believe a general single physician’s statements, who was not invited and not present?

When I became aware of the Government research paper stating there were no problems with the Hepatitis B immunized patients, I then contacted the two lists of patients given to the CDC and not one patient had ever been seen, investigated or any test done on them at the request of the Government. Two of the patients had since died of what appears to be adverse effects from the Hepatitis B immunization. I then hired a local researcher for a Freedom of Information Search to obtain the government research documents. This was approximately one year after the publication by Health and Welfare of their reputed research. The CDC duly informed us that the research was no longer available since it had been shredded for lack of space. In other words, none of the patients given to the Government admit to having been seen by a government worker or professional. The CDC had no documentation to prove that any research had been done.

What is Your Danger of Contacting Hepatitis B

The likelihood of your child falling ill with Hepatitis B is negligible if he/she is white, Canadian born, with Caucasian parents and is not one of the following subgroups:

(a) Takes street drugs

(b) Is engaged in prostitution

(c) Is a male homosexual

(d) Receives blood transfusions or blood products

(e) Works with human or hospital waste, blood or faeces.

(f) Is a Canadian born of Oriental or African parents that are not positive for Hepatitis B

Who Should Receive Hepatitis B Immunization

We believe that all hospital and health care workers, firemen and the police should receive Hepatitis B immunization and particularly those with direct contact with blood products. But these individuals should also revue their long-term health insurance since until now, firemen, health care workers who have contracted a disabling illness after receiving Hepatitis B immunization have had to fight the Provincial Government, their insurance company or the pharmaceutical industry to obtain benefits. Rarely your union will support you. We thus have a problem in that the individual with little funds to pay a lawyer is also unable to work. This person who may be critically ill must find the funds and the strength to take on these organizations that have unlimited resources and knowledge banks that are set out to protect them from liability. Usually the injured patient has neither funds, the strength nor the knowledge to win such a protracted conflict that may last 5-6 years or more.

.

Statistics

To my knowledge Canada keeps no records of who falls ill with Hepatitis B or specifically if they are any of the above subgroups, or if they are native Americans, immigrants from high risk countries such as China, Africa or children of immigrants or if they contracted Hepatitis B out of the country by extramarital sex or illegal drug use or routine medical cause. Until this is done we will not understand what the real risks are.

It is my opinion that there are no statistics to base the mass immunization of school children with Hepatitis B, for a disease that they will be unlikely to contact until they are of sexual active age. If immunized early, by the time the children are of an age to do street drugs or be sexually active, immunization will probably be without effect even if they were lucky enough to seroconvert without injury in the first place. Since preschool children have no intellectual record by which to be judged, if they do fall ill with a brain injury due to Hepatitis B immunization, there is no way to assess if it was caused by the immunization or if they were born with mental limitations.

You may obtain two discs from the CDC in Atlanta USA with over 60,000 adverse reactions to Hepatitis B immunization. It is estimated that only 10% of the side effects are reported.

This is a One-sided Opinion

I wish to underline the fact that these opinions are my own and are not shared by Health Canada CDC or by any Canadian or Provincial health or medical body. Should you inquire to any health or Provincial or medical or Canadian source who may inform you of the safety of these immunizations and their effectiveness, you might well ask for the source material on which they based their evidence. To my knowledge it will all fall back on the documents from the CDC Health Canada mentioned or from pharmaceutical companies.
