CHOCOWINITY -- A public forum was held Saturday night in Chocowinity, to educate concerned parents about a potential link between the Hepatitis B vaccine and autism. "A Small Miracle" is a group that provides services to children with autism. They say, while no formal medical link has been made between the two, federal studies are underway. Researchers believe the level of Mercury in the vaccine is dangerous, and can cause Mercury poisoning. The symptoms of Mercury poisoning and autism are eerily similar.
