Vaccination against HBV is important in order to reduce the incidence of HBV
infection. Although the HBV vaccine is among the safest of all vaccines,
vaccination against HBV has been associated with side-effects. Herein we present
a case of afebrile convulsion after recombinant HBV vaccination.
