WIC/Immunization Incentive Program

 

WIC wants to reward parents for getting their children’s shots on time.

We now have immunization screeners who will assess your child’s immunization record each time they come in to WIC.

If they are up-to-date for their age, you will receive a small gift. This program is only for children under 2 years of age, since that is when most childhood shots are received. Gifts are provided in partnership with Wal-Mart and Fred Meyer.

We will be entering you child’s immunization information into our computer system, which will automatically send you a postcard when they’re due for their next shots.
