SWIFTWATER, Pa., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Aventis Pasteur Inc., a leading U.S. vaccine manufacturer, today announced the acquisition of Immunization Management Services, Inc., the privately held parent company of VACCESSHealth and VaxServe. Under the terms of the acquisition, both VACCESSHealth and VaxServe will continue to operate as independent subsidiaries.

It was established in 1998 and is the largest provider of on-campus immunization clinics, offering a variety of adolescent and adult vaccines.
