Aventis Pasteur Acquires Immunization Management Services, Inc.


SWIFTWATER, Pa., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Aventis Pasteur Inc., a leading U.S. vaccine manufacturer, today announced the acquisition of Immunization Management Services, Inc., the privately held parent company of VACCESSHealth and VaxServe.
