Welcome to Privacy Alert

Privacy? Liberty? The
Hour Grows Late
Where Will You Be as the Twilight Falls?
America has progressed beyond the point
where we can restore the small and limited government -- the freedom to
live, spend our wealth, and raise our children and grandkids as we see
fit -- that the Founding Fathers had in mind. Our institutions have
veered too far toward a police state. They're on the wrong track -- and
headed for you.
I'm
Vin Suprynowicz, assistant editorial-page editor of
the180,000-circulation daily Las Vegas Review-Journal, as well
as America's nationally syndicated libertarian columnist. My small part
has been attempting to chronicle these struggles -- our infrequent
victories as well as our all-too-frequent defeats -- in my columns and
books, Send in the Waco Killers (no, it's not about Waco) and
my latest, the bigger and better The Ballad of Carl Drega.
Now the sun is setting. The few of us
who remember what real freedom was, and who wish to see that legacy
preserved and passed on to another generation, no longer have the
luxury, the remaining time and wealth and opportunity, to "save the
world." At this point, we've got to concentrate on saving our own
children and grandchildren, teaching them there's a reason to keep our
gold and our guns and our liberties -- and showing them how.
But first, we have to know how.
How to keep our guns, our gold, our freedoms, and our privacy.
The aim of my monthly newsletter,
Privacy Alert, is to keep open a portal to that kind of information
-- for as long as possible. Privacy Alert provides freedom
lovers with practical recommendations for how you can protect your
personal and financial privacy, in order to preserve your legacy for
your children and grandchildren.
Oh, it's easy to talk the talk until the
IRS, DEA, BATF, or the "child- protection" child-nappers show up at your
door or down at your bank, seizing paychecks, bank accounts, cars, the
title to your house .... even your kids.

So we explore and explain the remaining
opportunities in this country, and the world, to live free and enjoy the
fruits of your honest labor. From business and trust structures to
offshore banking; from encryption to the remaining legal ways to divorce
your holdings from your nine-digit "Social Slave" number; from buying
guns and gold privately to the opportunities (and pitfalls) of the
burgeoning "tax-education" movement; from medical privacy and the War on
Drugs to the fight against the "National ID Card," Privacy Alert
is there.
But that's only half of what Privacy
Alert is, and does. I've dedicated my career to explaining why
we need to fight this battle for freedom -- providing the kind of
ammunition you need to keep yourself motivated and win over your loved
ones to the cause -- by documenting the ongoing campaign of an
out-of-control bureaucracy to strip us of our gun rights and our
property rights; to indoctrinate entire generations to socialism, greed,
and envy in the government schools; to ennervate us and make us believe
there's no escape as they "steal the bread from the mouth of labor"
through the tyranny of their "graduated" taxation.
I'm
going to continue to do that work -- in fact, we're finding room for
ever more and better work in Privacy Alert, in our popular
quarterly supplements, and in our expanding Web site, which is soon to
feature the entire archive of the past decade of my writings and
research.
The path will not be quick or easy. Not
only is it fraught with pitfalls, it's constantly in flux. That's why
Privacy Alert is a monthly newsletter: to keep our friends,
fans, subscribers, and supporters up to date on the continual changes in
the landscape and their options on how to deal with them.
Now, what if I told you a single
membership could get you on the select mailing list for the nation's
only monthly newsletter earnestly digging for those answers ... and
unlimited access to America's leading freedom Web site ... and
a free copy of one of my hefty award-winning books, Send in the Waco
Killers or The Ballad of Carl Drega? It's as simple as
clicking on the

to Privacy Alert button.
But don't take my word about this stuff.
Have a look at what the readers are saying
about the newsletter, the books, the columns, and the rest of my work.
Meantime, to learn more about our
products and offerings -- and who we are -- feel free to cruise the free
parts of this site, by clicking the boxes at left. Members and
subscribers also have complete access to the hundreds of archived
columns and special reports I've written on these issues over the past
many years.
Finally, thanks for joining us on the
march to freedom.
In Liberty -- Vin
