"Mozambique Tests a Possible Malaria Vaccine"

Pediatric testing of a malaria drug developed by a Belgian company will take place in Mozambique. The country, in which malaria is the leading cause of death, hopes to develop the drug into a vaccine. According to deputy national health director Avertino Barreto, nearly 75 percent of malaria patients in Mozambique are children.
