"Avant Granted $125,000 to Help Develop Anthrax Vaccine"

Avant Immunotherapeutics has received a $125,000 Small Business Innovation Research grant from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease to help develop a single-dose oral anthrax vaccine. The company hopes to use its technology to help protect the world against biowarfare and terrorism.
