As part of an effort to alleviate patients’ fear of
needles, flu, malaria, and hepatitis vaccines could soon be available through nicotine
patch-style plasters, as a nasal spray, or by capsule, according to
Datamonitor. Using the new vaccine
forms, patients might eventually even be able to vaccinate themselves.
