The Political Speech Legal Defense and Education Fund is committed to defending the First Amendment rights of citizens across America.

Founded to fight new government regulations requiring citizens to register with the IRS prior to spending money on political advocacy, the PSLDEF stands for the First Amendment rights of taxpayers against the government. They back that up by helping fund lawsuits challenging the right to speak out and stand up to the government.

Most recently, the PSLDEF has agreed to assist a New Jersey family fight a state mandate that their son be injected with a vaccine to stop a Sexually Transmitted Disease, Hepatitis B, as a condition of going to school. And the PSLDEF is ready to stand up and defend the rights of other Americans ready to defend their Constitutional Freedoms.

Your Tax-Deductible contribution to the PSLDEF will help us continue our work. You may contribute online through our secure server or directly by mailing your check payable to the Political Speech Legal Defense and Education Fund to:
