"Russians Vaccinate Population in Flood-Hit South"

Recent flooding in southern Russia has killed at least 58 people,
damaged thousands of homes, forced the evacuation of 106,000
residents, and disconnected electricity and phone lines. To
protect against infection, area residents and tourists will be
vaccinated against hepatitis and typhoid fever, officials from
the local emergencies ministry said.
