Background                           

The child you see throughout this web site is our son Rimas.  He is an active 7 year old who loves his sister, Natalija (9 years old), his mother, Ruta, and dad, Sig.  

Rimas suffers from AUTISM.  This disabling disorder has severely affected his speech and some of his basic senses such as touch and taste.  He has substantial eating disorders, no social skills, and does not understand danger.  He is a helpless child growing up in a dangerous world.  The true tragedy is that he didn't have to be this way, we believe that vaccines that were designed to shelter him from serious illness have instead taken Rimas away from us.   

As parents of an Autistic child, we understand the pain and stress this disorder places on families.  What a shock to have your child who was developing normally for the first 18 months, begin to lose speech, withdraw, start rocking, bang his head, cry at night, have gut wrenching screams from stomach pains, and have continuous runny bowels.  While Autism affects the child dramatically. It also places emotional hardships on the family - including  a physical drain and a major financial burden.  Many families break apart under the strain of having a disabled child.   

We have also gone through grieving - Our life was not supposed to be this way!, dark periods - I cannot deal with this yelling, crying and his pain!, anger - Why us?, blame - What have I done to hurt my child?,doubt - Will he ever get any better?, and then acceptance - We will do what it takes to get the best and the most treatments, to help others, and to hopefully prevent others from getting VACCINE AUTISM. We are now committed to help Rimas, other families, raise awareness, and help find a cure.

We believe our son Rimas was not born this way.   We feel that mercury has entered his body through vaccines.   

Children now receive 33 vaccines before they enter school.  These vaccines contained mercury, aluminum, tin, formaldehyde and other nasty toxins.  The chart below illustrates the rise in Autism cases.  Notice the steep increase of Autism cases after the MMR Vaccine was introduced in 1979.

The vaccine may not be the harmful part, but the additives, preservatives and the combinations of vaccines (MMR) are a grave concern.

Now through the DAN (Defeat Autism Now) protocol, we can try to make his life a little easier, if not somewhat more normal.  He has made great strides, but he is still non-verbal.  We cannot wait for the day until he says Mama or Tete again.  He used to talk, but mercury and other toxins took him away from us, and just left a shell.

The DAN detoxification process is very expensive.  It is  not paid for by insurance companies, even though we are extracting heavy toxic metals out of our son's body.  We are in a constant battle with insurance, yet we feel that we HAVE to follow our hearts.
