AUTISM AND "GEEK" GENES

On August 14, BBC News published an article that I felt was one of the worst pieces that I’ve seen in a long time. It actually suggested that awkward or "geeky" parents are somehow more likely to produce a child with autism.

On that day, I asked the subscribers to my Health News Analyzer to distribute my response to this piece to anyone they wanted. I felt that it was important to bring this issue to public attention. This kind of incompetent journalism should be challenged.

If you read my Health News Analyzer of August 14 and wish to send it on to others, please do.
