"About 20 Tajikistan Soldiers May Have Typhoid Fever"

A report from the Itar-Tass News Agency indicates that over 20 Tajikistan border patrol soldiers have been hospitalized for what a preliminary diagnosis showed was typhoid fever. According to the report, the commander of the Tajik Border Troops, Lt. Gen. Abdurakhmon Azimov, said that the border guard command cannot afford to buy vaccine for all of its servicemen.
