Oleg Kiselev, director of the Institute of Influenza in St. Petersburg, Russia, says specialists at the institute, Moscow's molecular medicine experts, and World Health Organization researchers will work together to produce a vaccine to protect against severe acute respiratory syndrome by the end of 2004.
