Neonatal Sudden Death Due to Legionella Pneumonia Associated with Water Birth in a Domestic Spa Bath

We report the first case of neonatal Legionnaires' disease associatedwith water birth in a spa bath at home. Legionella pneumophilaserogroup 6 was detected from postmortem lung tissue.
