DOCTORS
leaders meeting today for their
annual conference have rejected
the idea of forcing parents to
immunise their children.
In a report on childhood
immunisation, the British
Medical Association (BMA) said
compulsory vaccination would
destroy trust and openness
between parents and doctors.
The paper also says the BMA
believes the measles, mumps and
rubella (MMR) jab is the safest
way to protect children, despite
claims of a link to autism and
bowel disease.
