THE SWEDISH DENTAL MATERIAL COMMISSION REPORT ON MERCURY AMALGAM
The Commission recommends that “for medical reasons, amalgam should be eliminated in dental care as soon as possible.” The Commission concluded that this action could lead to the decline of side-effects from patients’ mercury exposure, that occupational exposure to mercury can cease in dental care and a large source of mercury in the environment can be eliminated (A PDF File)
