Afghanistan’s Badakhshan province, in cooperation with UNICEF and the World Health Organization, began an anti-measles campaign targeting children under the age of five. The vaccination campaign is trying to reach children in all areas of the province, including in the remote and mountainous parts of the Pamirs near China.
