Ohio City Adopts Landmark Law to Stop Spraying for West Nile Virus (7/14/03) Lyndhurst, Ohio passed an ordinance prohibiting the spraying of pesticides "in an effort to help control the spread of the West Nile virus."
Judge Denies Preliminary Injunction to Ban Wood Preservative (6/26/03) Expecting the denial, the legal battle to ban the heavy-duty wood preservatives continues through the lengthier second part of the legal process.
