"Vaccines Seen a $10 Billion Market by '06" Reuters (www.reuters.com) (01/07/03)
The global vaccine market is expected to augment from $5.4 billion in 2001 to almost $10 billion in 2006. Influenza vaccines will account for the biggest chunk of the sales. The flu vaccine market will be greatly enhanced by the launch of MedImmune's Flu Mist product later this year. The emerging market for smallpox vaccines will also lead to the jump in worldwide revenue for the sector, traditionally a commodity market with little profit potential. ALL INFORMATION, DATA, AND
