Go Slow With Smallpox Shots, Panel Says

Last year, the Bush Administration seemed like it couldn't settle on a smallpox vaccination policy. Now, it's moving ahead so quickly that it risks losing sight of essential details, an Institute of Medicine panel concluded in a report issued last week.
