"New Jersey: Smallpox Inoculations Called Success"

Since December, more than 650 public health and hospital workers in New Jersey have received smallpox vaccinations. The state expected to inoculate up to 15,000 volunteers; however, officials said they are pleased with the number of healthcare workers who received the vaccine, as it creates a core emergency response team in case of a smallpox-related emergency.
